True friendship

Hi everyone
how have you guys been. It's been a month since my last blog update. if you do visit my blog I'm sorry for not being here. Right now i am in a very weird place in my life but that's ok I know God is working on my behalf.

 So i'm back and today i am going to be writing about friendship. True friendship is not easy to come about these days. A lot of people want to be "friends" with you for so many different reasons but the major reason being they just want something out of you. Now so many people claim to be your buddy, your girl, your guy etc but when things hit the floor, when you suddenly find yourself in a place where you thought you would never be then that is when you know who your true friends are. A lot of those so called friends would leave you on the floor where you are and run, they would not even attempt to help you get back on your feet. Friendship these days is starting to come because of what you have or your status. A lot of people would suddenly decide not to be your friend any more because they feel like they are not on the same level as you. For example you have a friend who went to uni before you and has now finished before you and therefore they believe they cannot be friends any more with you because they believe you are no longer on the same level as them or maybe now they have found friends from uni who they believe are on the same level with them so they can't be bothered with you any more meanwhile you have always tried to be good friends with them regardless. The same goes for a number of things like cars( Your friend buys a car and suddenly they can't be friends with you any more cus they now have a car and you don't), clothes (They wear designer and the latest fashion and if you cannot keep up with that you are not friends any more even though God knows where the hell they get their money from). But it is all good. Another reason why friendships break off a lot these days is because some people are just so damn frricking judgemental. Like they find out at a point in your life you made a mistake or you did something wrong and because they are trying to keep up these goody two shoes image suddenly they cannot be associated with you because they do not want to be labelled. Now is that true friendship? HELL NO.

Being a true friend means accepting someone for who they are, regardless of how they look, what they wear, what they have, what level you think they are on and regardless of what they have done. Now some people might say oh but does that mean i should still be friends with people who are influencing me to do bad because i want to be a true friend? Well no. If you see yourself in a circle when you are not increasing but you see yourself decreasing or you see yourself being influenced negatively and you know what is right and you feel like you need to grow, well here is an advice for you. Talk to the people in that group that you are friends with. Let them see and understand the reason for change, see if you can get them to grow with you. If they refuse too then take a step back from them a little. But don't suddenly delete them from your life. Check up on them, Say hi to them, maybe catch up with them once in a while and MOST importantly pray for them because believe it or not if you really were a true friend with these people you would still care for them.

Anyway right now i want to take time out to acknowledge and appreciate a true friend and sister in my life. I remember when we met we just clicked and we got along so well.  I have been labelled by so many people and a lot of people are seeing just the negatives in me and not the positive but you stood by me. You saw all the positives in me and you pointed it out. I'm getting better at what i do because of your help and support and i love you so much. I thank God for bringing you into my life. I used to not like people very much and even when i meet someone for the first time i would not be so welcoming. You have taught me how to love people better, you have showed me that it is ok to let people into your life. Your motherly and caring nature has rubbed off on me and now i see myself caring for people better than i used too.

 You are one of the strongest and hardworking people i know and i love how you always put the needs of others even before your own needs. You meet people and you are so good to them and if they are good to you they instantly become your family. You even take the people you work for like family and the people that work for you, you treat them so well. I thank God for your life and i know that God is taking you to greater heights. I love you so much. Thank you for being such a wonderful and amazing friend and i pray that God will continue to strengthen our friendship and bring us closer to each other. You are not just my friend you are my sister and i really do love you so much Olukemi Mary Olugosi.

ITS YELLOW AND PURPLE. OH HOW I LOVE MY BRIGHT COLOURS.

Hiya guys and welcome back to my blog page.
As some of you guys may know I sing in my church choir and as you may also I have been singing since i was a kid and yasssssss i love singing. Singing is just one of the things that gives me great joy and music has always being an important past of my life. Anyway since i sing in the choir most Sundays i have to wear a choir uniform except every first Sunday of the month and special occasions. Two Sundays ago the choir uniform was a white shirt, black trousers and a black waistcoat which is pretty standard i guess but the weather that day was so good i was like no i need some colour in my outfit and i did it the best way i could by doing a very vibrant make up. So i had this very vibrant yellow eyes with purple in the crease to church and when people saw it they loved it and i got comments like wow your make looks very pretty and also wow you are not scared of wearing colours you know. yess i luv my bright colours lol ask my friends they wld tell you.

Welcome back to my blog. Today i would be showing you a look i did for work last week. Now as you all know summer is finally here and if you know me you know i love my colours lol.

Welcome to my blog iTs i ennyblackbeauty. For months i have contemplated on starting a blog but i just was not sure i was ready. Actually about two years ago i did start a blog but it was not me writing from the heart it was just me jumping on the blog wagon talking about celebrities. Now after making my mind up, i thought what would i write, what would i talk about, Who would read my blog i was so nervous but right now i have just hit a rock in my life and i feel the need to write and i want to write about me and write from the heart. A lot of people know me but don't know me (if you catch my drift lol). I would be revealing some details on my life on here and also giving advice. Name : Eniola odejimi aka ennyblackbeauty ( i named myself that when a lot of ppl called me ugly and i was feeling low about myself and i decided i want to be a black beauty and hell no nobody will stop me looool)
Location: London england (But i be correct naija babe. was born in nigeria, grew up in nigeria and i love being nigerian yes naija for life)
Hobbies/Interests: singing( i sing anywhere and everywhere haaaa i get annoying most times), dancing, Make up ( oh yh forgot to tell you i am an aspiring mua and yess i do make up you wld see), travelling, going to nice places and yh eating me luv mi food.
